monday am i stopped by her office, stuck my head in......just to say hi...
today she was in my neck of the woods.....talked a little about thanksgiving...and i broached the lions annual thanksgiving loss....
tommorrow...we discuss that team up north.
Hey...she has nothing to be ashamed of 81. 2 wins in 12 years is nothing to sneeze at.
that reminds me...i also need to update my mi/oh spreadsheet
fuckin john cooper fucked it all up.
Agreed. Maryland and rutgers were money plays :fp:[/quote]
The money play, is a really odd one at that. I would say that between U of M, OSU and Penn St we had that New York viewing area covered...

do those markets have the big ten network? i'm guessing not. by adding those markets, they just upped the revenue stream.
maybe they can work out a sign and trade with the pac10. we give you MN and you give us USC or UCLA
I thought I read something that the network was already forced into households (cable system provides) do to some partnership or something. I could be wrong. But it made it sound like it's already there.
Hey remember MN sells beer at their home games! That right there....
Now a complete honest question I have for you buckeye fans, and I'm not trying to start a argument or anything. But how did you guys feel about OSU having Tressel there and acknowledging his accomplishment with the National Championship win? Being carried off the field etc? I mean, after all because of this guy, you guys aren't in the game for the National Championship.

don't know if they have the big ten network in ny or not yet. if so, then it makes zero sense...assuming it gets added, it makes a ton of $'s.
as for Tress.....i have no problem with him being there. he was a huge part of that magical season. hell, you could make a case that Cooper should have been there since most of the kids were his recruits. putting him on the shoulders was a bit much tho.
that said, i'm still ticked at him. he should have known better and deserves what he got. he sucked off pryor way to much...even going back to his freshman season when he benched Todd Boechman to start Pryor. Todd was a better QB at that point.
as for this years NC game. yes, Tress deserves some of the blame, but so does the adminstration. they could have self imposed a bowl ban last year.

That was about was he was able to do with those players in 2002. I think he layed down to save the osu face. He SHOULD have been there by all rights. Even current senoirs say so. Fuck, even Clarrett showed up. Surprised though it occured during between 1st and 2nd quarters though. Perhaps that was by design to help deflect from tattygate.

New York City has it already. And the way it sounds, pretty much everyone has it already...
I was all fine with them going to 14 teams. I think they should of just did it back when they originally talked about it which was back when they added Nebraska. Now which schools to add.. That's another story.
