Most importantly: did Mike do the same with the blue ones? :)

With only 1,000 copies being sold through especially the 10c, they would almost certainly have to be signed as well. At least I would hope and think.

It looks like 2000 total were pressed (according to the RSD website with no breakdown of colors).

So 1000 blue for 10C. That leaves 1000 red and possibly some purple thrown in.That would be pretty damn cool if Mike signed all the 10C copies but my pessimistic side says he wouldn't' have a left hand after signing 1000 copies. Can't risk tendinitis in your fretting hand :o

2000 total RED were pressed and 1000 total BLUE pressed

The RED are numbered x/2000 and the BLUE will be numbered x/1000

Let's cross our fingers that the 10C hooked it up with the BLUE ones!! :D

But they all are HAND NUMBERED by Mike 8-) Think he had a really nice time doing that :D

Wait is there actual confirmation that they are all numbered by Mike? Could be anybody couldn't they?
They definitely aren't all numbered by Mike...there is at least 4-5 different types of handwriting I've seen on the back of the 10" (many being on that auction site).

I think he may have numbered a very small number of copies and signed them as well. Nevertheless, very cool of him!!

Exactly, no chance in hell he would number thousands of records himself. I think he just sat down and signed a dozen or two of them...

    EDIT: sign/number same same...

My guess is he signed 100 copies. We have seen a range from 999 to 1077 in this thread, so I think thats a relatively fair assumption.

I would say that 100 signed copies is a safe number to assume at this point (and you've got one you lucky SOB!) 8-)

Now, I wonder if the Moose got any more signed copies...... ;)

Who knows where you might find one. The vinyl section at the Moose in the Oldport is kind of a mess, hence why I had to hunt around and found what others may have overlooked. I would have hoped they received one of these gems, after all employee Chris Brown conceived the idea for RSD in the first place!

If any members that where fortunate enough to get a signed copy want to get rid of one
Please let me know, PM or Email me. Cash or trade whatever. Unfortunately for me this will be one of those items that the hunt will continue Til I find one. we all know how that can be.

My signed red is # 1056 and the purple one I was able to see did not have numbers on the back, handwritten or otherwise in that numbering space, it was just blank space on either side of the "/".

That's weird. I know 2 fan's who have a purple one that have the number 1 on the back. It's not marked out of any number or anothing. Just 1.

Yes, this is the point I was trying to make. The McCready/Star Anna RSD record was also mistaken for being marked as "1" but it was just the slash mark because they were not numbered. Here's an image to help explain.
