This slipped through the net as I was emigrating around this time so all purchases were put on hold

I heard they are for sale at his solo shows? If anyone has a spare or wants to pick me up a copy shoot me a PM. I'd rather not pay 30 bucks on eBay if possible.

    Yes they are for $5. Picked one up for a friend at work at the Tulsa show.
