Been washed once to see if I could shrink it a little, still big on me for a large. Hasn't been worn anywhere, tried it on and took it right back off. Bought it for $35 at the show, will let go for $30 since I washed it. Shipping on me.

So these one runs big, or the others EV tour shirts too?..

Do you know how this compares to the guitar shirt or some of the PJ Europe shirts? I got a large for a buddy but I'm wondering if it's going to be too big :(

It's just a little bit bigger then the guitar shirt I'm thinking. I got the shirt with his surf logo and red stripes in large, I had to shrink it up as well and it fits ok, little big for a large. I'm 6'3" about 198 pounds, so I'm usually screwed when it comes to buying shirts with this material. That's why I like the volcom and american apparel style material for shirts...

Any sense on if these run bigger than other shirts? I asked someone to get me a large at a show next week, maybe I should have said medium? :?

It seems to me that S and M run normal, but then the L and XL look HUGE! Maybe some other guys can chime in. I took some measurements in case it helps.

    Medium:
    Width: 19.5 inches
    Length: 29.5
    Shoulder seams: 19

    Large:
    Width: 23.5
    Length: 31
    Shoulder seams: 22

Attaway77, thanks for the info. I found my tape measure (as you can see) so I just sent the measurements to my friend and he can decide :)

Suziemay is right, when I got home and held the shirt up I thought geez, this looks like a freakin ladies nightgown. The large does run big, after a shrink it's still a little loose but wearable.

Thanks! I think a medium will work for me.

That definitely is a little big for a Large size. The question is, will it shrink at all in the wash/dryer.
And so you see, I have come to doubt
All that I once held as true
    I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.

I think if you got a medium, just wash it in cold and air dry, no dryer...... Should be good to go...
