    I heard about this story about a month ago and it sounded very fishy why they were waiting so long to claim the winnings. Jackasses

    There has to be a record of the $5,000 ticket paperwork that shows the guy won back then if it is really their $5 million ticket. I'm betting there isn't. How did they play with that paperwork. You have to pay taxes on that amount of a win don't you?

    They offered him $4000 cash to avoid taxes.
    Then they sat on the ticket....
