    Pretty hypocritical. At least Soundgarden's "cash grab" has the actual lineup. Billy just created a new band and put the name "Smashing Pumpkins" on it. And maybe I'm cynical, but I don't think it's coincidence that he hired an Asian guitarist and female bass player. Maybe they were the best people he auditioned, I don't know, but on the outside it looks like he's trying to trick casual fans, or an attempt to make the band seem familiar to longtime fans.
