messages stuck in Outbox?

I have 2 messages, to the same person, that will not send. Does that mean their inbox is full?
Bright eyed kid: "Wow Typo Man, you're the best!"
Typo Man: "Thanks kidz, but remembir, stay in skool!"

    means didnt see them yet..the moment sees them,will go to your sent folder
