Anyone else NOT received second email/tickets for the London show?

I bought them during the preclub sale, and the tickets are shown in my profile, and the money's gone from my account, but i've had no second email, and haven't received anything through the post yet...is this the case for anyone else, or am i worrying about what is just the standard procedure?
Situations get fucked up and turned around sooner or later...

    just relax... the second email will come nearer the date of the concert and will have all the details of how to pick the tickets up on the day etc etc.
