Post-election lawsuits by losing candidate

I have a feeling the losing side will challenge the results. It may or may not be justified, but I have a feeling it may take a while for the election to be decided.

There may be many reasons.......Hurriacane Sandy preventing access to polls, voter fraud, vote counting glitches.....could be all of them!

It is a double-edged sword....I am thankful to live in a country where election results can be legally questioned, but it is also a shame when someone raises legal issues just because they can, as opposed to actual merit.

I'm sure they are already prepared and ready to issue.

I think you will only see a challenge from rMoney if O-bomb-us wins. Historically Democrats aren't any good at challenging elections.

    Totally agree with this.

I wonder if the folks at Dewey, Cheatham & Howe are salivating right now :P
