What is that song from the Miller Lite Commercial?

The commercial is a bunch of guys coaching his friend into being able to eat the last chicken wing as though their in a boxing match. There's no dialog...only the narration and the background song.
The song in the background is just a slow, fuzzed-out guitar riff, where the notes are descending to a stomping blues rhythm.
It's an intro to a song, but I can't place it....what's worse is I know I own the album it's from.
Can't find the commercial on youtube.
