What is the oldest PJ song and/or song written by Ed? Is it Better Man that Ed had since well before recording it with the band? I know he had some songs with Bad Radio, but just curious what some of his first songs were. Also are there any approximate dates for when some of those songs were written?

I think some of this might have been covered in the PJ20 book, can't remember.
