Seventeen Years?

Seventeen years for planning to wage war on your own country? Only seventeen years?!?! I'm sorry but that is insane. Either life in prison without the possibility of parole or death. And this is why I am very much in favor of the death penalty.

Maybe. You make a good point. That said, I am not comfortable with someone who willfully engaged in conduct like this being back out on the street in seventeen years. Had he been in contact with actual terrorist handlers this story probably has a much different ending.

When someone willingly goes out looking for weapons, it's not entrapment.
This might be an interesting listen for you....if you haven't heard it already.

Yes J, thats the text book def, but i'm starting to see it be minuplated by the powers that be, safety is one thing, big brother is another, the line atleast to my perserption is starting to blur.
Please forgive my spelling, i've been drinking all day.
I Hadn't but Thank You, this goes toward what i'm saying. There is pro-Active law enforcement and then there's scary. We are losing what it is to be American for Safety. I'm not even sure whats better, but i am commenting on the change.
