PMs stuck in 'outbox'

I having having trouble with the private message system on the website. Some of my replies to PMs seem to get stuck in the Outbox for days. I am not too savvy with tech things but I must have looked the page over about 20 times to figure out if I have done something wrong, or if there is any other button to click. But I see nothing, nada. Help?

    I've had similar issues. I believe they stay in the outbox until they've been read.

    till they read the pm stays at the outbox..

    when they read it .goes to sent messeges
