Help - PJ Android App Suspended (Ten Club LLC unresponsive)

Hi all,

I'm looking for some help here. A few months ago I posted about an android app that I developed. The app allowed the user to stream PJ radio and, for the currently playing song, view lyrics, shows played in, and set lists for those shows. The app was a big success, but lasted less than a week. It was removed from the Google Play store following a DMCA violation notice submitted to Google by Ten Club LLC. Since then, Ten Club has not responded to emails regarding what I need to do in order to have the app reinstated.

While their functional purposes differ, I don't see how my app does anything different (in a legal sense) than existing IPhone apps, such as PJ Stat Tracker. I'm a huge PJ fan, and use this site often. I know that you can use the website functionality from a lot of android devices using the device's default browser. However, it's definitely NOT user friendly if you have a smaller screen. The app simply provided a more user friendly way to access this site's resources from a mobile device.

So my question is: Does anyone know how I can reach someone at Ten Club that can help me by telling what I need to change to get the app republished?

    would love to have that for adroid as well..

    maybe the problem is the access to the radio???

    cos you have to be a paid member to listen the radio,so maybe that was the issue..

    i think if u remove that from the app.i think will not be a problem..the rest.lyrics,setlists ,shows,tour,etc

    I thought that as well, except that the PJ Stat Tracker app gives access to PJ Radio for free and doesn't appear to have any issues!

    I did build in the requirement to log in to your Ten Club account first in an updated version of the app, but can't get a hold of anyone at Ten Club to confirm that this appeases the problem. If so, I could republish today!

    I can't help with how to get hold on anyone at 10c, they've responded to the couple of e-mails I've sent them about things prety quickly, maybe just keep trying them? Meanwhile I just wanted to say your app is cool & I hope you are able to get some help asap. :)

    maybe 10c has a deal with iphone??

    i dont know what to say for help you..email them again??call them maybe???

    You said they're not answering your emails. Have you tried calling them?
