    I like these community screenings you guys organise over there! I saw something similar (an outdoor cinema screening classic films- not sure if it was free) happening right next to Wrigley Field back in September 2023.

    It was so much fun! I don’t have money for tickets, which is a shame since I’m in Atlanta where the games are, but this was an awesome, free thing they do for every game! The city is Decatur, literally next door to Atlanta, and they completely renovated the city square in anticipation of the cup. Very cool!

    90s and humid in Westchester. Not fun. And yep it is expected to last a few days. One of the few days each year I wish I had a pool. Thinking about driving to the beach but I know that will be a nightmare on July 4th week. I prefer the cold over the heat all day long.

    Hot today much worse the next two days! I’m hitting the road early on the 4th to get away don’t need AC I’ll be cooling off in the brook

    Won't be surprised if it goes up another 2 degrees.

    Yup, it's 102 (38.8 Celsius) now with a feel like temperature of about 110 F (43.3 Celsius)

    Nah i don’t take 91 up I go up through the Teconic and leave here by 7 I’ll be up there by  1:30 latest

    I said the same thing to my son this morning. Really it is only 7-14 days a year where we get extreme heat or extreme cold. But this humidity is awful.

    That is what we get in the Northeast. Not sure I could ever leave. Wife and have discussed many times. We are New Yorkers.
