As a coaster enthusiast, I'm appalled that there are no threads dedicated to the best amusement park in the world!!!

They're finally building a new coaster for 2013, the Gate Keeper, and they got the first pieces in this week! http://www.cedarpoint.com/gatekeeper

    Cedar Point is overrated. I've never been there but I just wanted to say that.

    cedar point used to do an all day pass of a certain color wristband with a certain color clip. my buddy would pick up both in the parking lot (as people tore them off when the day was over)...then, we'd find out the color combo of the day and....viola! all day pass. :mrgreen:

    Went there in 2007 when I was living in Windsor, ON, pretty awesome park and time.

    Went there on a family vacation back in probably 98-99. That place was the best. Still one of my favorite vacations ever. I love roller coasters, but haven't been to an amusement park in years.
