Bill & Ted fans...need help

Last night at pub trivia the round was a 'mystery round' where all of the answers were centered around a mystery theme.

Here were the answers:
Kosher
Bill
Phone Booth
Lincoln
Beethoven
Ghangis Khan
Rufus
Stallion

The theme was Bill & Ted, but how/what does Kosher have to do with anything?

    I have no clue. Alex Winter is Jewish, but I doubt that's what they were getting at.
