Just listening to this boot. I was there, front row. It was the best night of my life. I thought the crowd was great, and listening to it on the boot confirms that. But because I am obviously biast because I was there, I wanted other peoples opinons of how good they think the boot is.

i got a few of the aussie boots and remember this one stickin out! is that the show where he thanks "friends like margaret" for makin him fuck up soon forget and the chat with bono? ....consistently electric performance and great versions of Last Exit, Jeremy, Smile, BEDS ARE BURNING and I GOT YOU!

i would have liked to be there, but i was here in london where i still am.
if i was back in sydney, it would be unlikely i would be going to 5 shows in Europe in the next month

Was there with bells on and wasn't it a farking awesome evening.

I was more than a little nervous after the total let down of Sydney 2, but right from the moment Eddie helped KoL finish their set one had the feeling it was going to be a VERY special night.

I'll probably get beat up for saying this, but I thought this was a slightly (and by slightly I mean very farkin small people) better show that the Newcastle Show the night after.

I was also lucky enough to snare a set list from Syd 3 and had it framed with the poster.

What a weekend that was. One for the ages.

Besides Beernsmoke who said he was in the front row, where was everyone else seated? Just out of curiosity. I was on Jeff and Mikes side row 13ish.

I was 8th row in front of Mike. It was great, from the opening notes of betterman, to the last note of ledbetter, it was such high energy.
The Matt chant was awesome, but needed more recognition from matt and Ed. lol.
Such a tops night, i love listening back to the bootleg. I love the guys around us who, after i started, were screming for Lukin all night, then right after jeremy finished. BAM! Lukin.
Quality evening.
Quality concert.

Then straight after Lukin came Do the Evolution! How cool was it when Jeff and Stone switched for Smile? Very nice evening or should I say Campfire?

The band was a bit more ON for Syd 3 than Newy, but really, put it all together and Newy was just a damn big party.

yeh how good was this concert, best 1 i have ever been to, The moment ed said in betterman "hello sydney"i knew it was going to be special coz he doesnt normally speak in the 1st song. I was lucky enough to meet him after the 1st and 3rd concert in sydney.

when i met him after the 1st 1, some kiwis took a group photo of every1 wit ed, now they said they would email it to us, but i am still waiting. So some where in new zealand there is a photo wit ed putting his arm around me, which was so sureal (is that how u spell it?) anyway if that person reads this, i wud appreciate a copy, jst rply to this msg, thanks heaps, haver fun everyone.
