out in the desert I wouldn't wanna say

I don't feel like hell, I couldn't say
here anything goes when it's dark I hear mountains sing
hit my head this is how I want to live
keep going with the words I have learnt to say
shot in the desert takes my breath away

honey if I were the one you wouldn't sing like this
I've lived years in hell
so that the mountains prayed
got me crazy to hear the 80's wail
I was born in the desert

with a shadow of a man and you were not there

dark rooms are what we played
I remember 1998
I've lived years in vain
like melodies the moments
did run away

these are the things I do not read
there is me
and a few months in hell, maybe just 2 or 3
but in the desert you find angels and no streets
honey you're sweet
so that the years I've lived, taste heavenly
