Here it is, my PJ tattoo!

Just got home about 20 mins ago. I'm sure you can tell what it says, but for those who can't...it says "Escape is never the safest path." With chinese cherry blossoms, which stand for empowerment. Can't even begin to express how much that one lyric has meant to me. But enough of that.

The best part, my tattoo guy had numbing cream so it wasn't TOO horrible. Still hurt some, but not nearly as much as it would have without the cream. Shout out to Dan at Little Dan's Old Tyme Tattoo in Bayport, NY!

    Thanks! He did a great job, didn't he? AND he's a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge PJ fan :D He has also been hearing the Soundgarden/PJ tour rumors. He said he'd pay A LOT of money to see that....just sayin' hehe.

    Here's the thing for me: As much as I appreciated the numbing cream, I feel like experiencing the pain is a rite-of-passage when getting tattoos. I'm not saying I'm a fan of the pain...the one on the back of my neck was horrible, but I dunno I feel like it just goes with getting a tattoo. I might just be demented :P
