    IMO This is horrible. It is now illegal to be ethnic or a teen in NYC. How can peoples rights be taken from them and it seems that nobody cares because "it's just some black or Hispanic kid and I'm sure he up to no good any way". This is happening it the self proclaimed Greatest City in the World, and to top it off I can't even get a soda larger than 16oz :(

    at least that's supposed to be the reason for a frisk.
