Clinton: I'm responsible for diplomats' security

"I take responsibility," Clinton said during a visit to Peru. "I'm in charge of the State Department's 60,000-plus people all over the world, 275 posts. The president and the vice president wouldn't be knowledgeable about specific decisions that are made by security professionals. They're the ones who weigh all of the threats and the risks and the needs and make a considered decision."

at this point does it really matter who is responsible ?
in my opinion the big question is how will it be taken care of,what can be done to clean the mess that is left ?
what changes can be put in place to avoid this type of mess again ?

    Taking one for the team, eh?

    I thought our diplomats getting murdered was just a "bump in the road". If Romney had said that, it would still be making headlines.
    The only people we should try to get even with...

    They're in trouble. Feel bad for Hillary (never thought id say that). First the humiliation of bill, now she must kneel for Barack. Wow! Bet her mom never thought that would happen.
