Perserving an autograph

i got an autograph drumstick i have a display case for it but i want to make sure the autograph doesnt fade what can i use on it that would be safe to make sure it doesnt go anywhere?

    As long as it's in a display case, it should be fine.

    Guessing if it's on a drumstick, it's signed with a Sharpie. You're pretty set as long as it's in a display case. Just don't have it in direct sunlight.
