Two limpkins.....my first sighting of this species in North America......a couple of anhingas, some tricolored herons, common gallinules, a river otter and a brown anole or three.

Oh sweet! I googled, beautiful, especially the gallinules.
Sunday we saw a large white heron and I spoke with a green anole, maybe at the house I want to buy,
I thought that was very good luck, a new friend before I move in

The most beautiful tree changing orange gold in the backyard,
the sunlight brightening it beyond belief...
JB comes to me and say look at the back hall,
the sun casting the light making the entire hall the most lovely shade of
orange ... I stood in it the color brought right inside to us !
