does anyone know which boots were available at retail, and which were available only through ten club?

the ones in question i have are..

    just to piggy back a 2003 boot question of my own:

    when you (in general) ordered the non-retail boots from 10Club originally were the stickers NOT on the sleeve yet? meaning did you have to put them on yourself? Or did they come affixed on the sleeve?
    I recently purchased a Montreal '03 boot off amazon and it had the stickers inside (intact, unused)...and I thought that was odd. just want to know if it is normal.

    The non-retail CDs from 2003 came with stick-on tracklistings. That's normal.

    yep that is normal. That's how all the shows I purchased were packaged.
