Anybody have a NEST Thermostat?

just curious...got one as a gift, just looking for some opinions

    I do know they are supposed to be quite good...i think the guy who designed was a big shot at apple and had a lot to do with the iPod, if my memory is correct.

    Don't have one but Im looking into buying one. From what I've seen/read, they are badass.

    I never heard of them until I saw this thread, so I looked it up. It seems really cool, but I don't understand how it's drastically better than just having a regular programmable thermostat. :?
