When you store music on the SD cards for smart phones does subfolders effect reading of the files? I know the cards class rating has to do with how fast it reads/writes, but since most (if not all) phones read the tags does organizing music in a music folder then a bunch of subfolders slow it down?

Would it be better to just have Music>artist or do Music>artist>album. If you could mange to keep things clear enough for yourself maybe it would be just better to dump all the files in Music. My guess is the less folders the player has to go through the better? Maybe the ram in phones today it is such an insignificant amount that it doesnt matter either way.
