I love the morning view

to paint that early morning sky
(I need to learn how to!)
so like a giant movie screen
spread out, technicolor glow
with rays of a God on display
swept wide!
blue with white streaking puffs
in rows like crops
but softer, and more magnificent
(so distracting to a commuter)
these, gorgeous skies
I imagine native people waking up
to see the present their spirit father left
maybe they'd walk to the top of a hill to get the best view?
a giant color scape in the air
larger than any creature
I imagine all this, as I'm speeding by
so joyfully distracted by my Tampa sky
