Old Email Address

I used to use 1 address for tenclub (work email) but this year switched to my personal account for my PJ related email. I have been recieving all the emails from tenclub on the personal account. However, I just got a PM and the alert went to my old tenclub email address (work email). Is this a glitch? I looked around to find another place where my email is inputted on the forum settings but no luck.
