ARTHUR KNIGHT - "UNSPEAKABLE VISIONS" PASSES AWAY AT 74
In the 1970s and 1980s The Beat Generation had no greater friend than Arthur Winfield Knight. At a time when many books were out of print, when many publishers had no interest in The Beats, Arthur, along with his wife Glee, started a small publishing house in their home called The Unspeakable Visions of The Individual. Glee passed away in 1975 and Arthur eventually found a new love in his life, Kit, who supported him in his passion for The Beats. Arthur and Kit spent the next 36 years sharing their love of The Beat Generation with all of us.
