Who is accountable for the mistake?

The answer to the question is no one. My wife bought me the Lumber jacket as a surprise. Upon opening it I noticed the inside printed label is not complete. I contacted the Ten Club and the only thing they could do was to offer a refund.
The company who made these should be held accountable...quality control...putting out goods that are complete....but I guess being made in China means it does not have to be quality. Stinks that all I can get is a refund...which is gracious but really does not fix the problem.

So I guess I will rock out to "Earl Jam"...or sell it on ebay as an error...not. Anyone else come across anything like this?

    they pulled them from teh store after seeing the error.....i'm guessing we will see a reissue at some point in the future.

    I find it surprising that so many "typo" type errors manage to slip by the graphic artists the ten club hires. It makes some of the posters and merchandise seem unprofessional AND it probably costs the pj corporation money when they can't sell the flawed product!! :? :P

    I gave my grandfather an old car to tool around in that had Pearl Jam on the back. He took off the P and l so it said ear Jam...









    He's pretty much deaf :lol:

    Felt bad for peeps who bought them due to the weather.

    No, the lining of the jacket has a graphic. Check the ten club picture...mine is missing about 1/4 of the graphic.
