at irving w/ me? what did you think?

i had a fantastic time tonight. i had to go solo b/c none of my friends would join me in line at tower, but all the people i met for my 40 hrs in line chilled w/ me at the show and were cool as hell. loved porch, insignificance, gone...what did everyone else think?!

    Do you have the setlist? I read most the songs played on the Irving sticky thread - but it was between so much talk about the Mets game... did they sing "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" or am I mixing things up? :)

    Just got home myself.....unfreakinbelievable.....start to finish

    all the new album stuff is insane live, especially Comatose.....great Garden version as well.....and Ed crowd surfed !!!

    good for you guys, that's so friggin great. they do seem so into the new material. was stone rocking out? he was so into life wasted on letterman.

    thought Marker, Severed Hand, and especially Comatose were UNREAL live. Come Back was really sweet, a nice break, should be a fixture. Garden was freakin sick, figured we might hear it, b/c a security guard said he heard it in soundcheck. Great great GTF, and Porch.....

    It's tough to put into words seeing the greatest band ever in a place which holds 1200 people. Like seeing them in your back yard. They just seemed really happy to be playing and really enjoy the new stuff. Never seen Eddie sweat so much.

    Gonna be a great great tour

    can't put the show into words really...just AMAZING!!!

    GARDEN!! WHY GO!! COMATOSE! I could go on and on...

    the setlist was heavy on Ten and Avocado songs...great great show!

    played man of the hour, state of love and trust (we got to vote between that and a "campfire version" of betterman), porch, garden, why go, present tense, insignificance, alive, a bunch off the new album, given to fly, elderly woman. everyone was really cool. for the last song everyone was chanting "thank you, thank you" and eddie was like, "this song is appropriately called, 'your welcome' and played yellow ledbetter, which is always sweet. oh, also mary kate & ashley olsen were there and susan sarandon & tim robbins...but like, why did anyone care when fuckin PEARL JAM was 5 feet away?????
