In the second half of next year, the number of slaughtered pigs could fall 10%, doubling the price of European pork, according to the release.
Thats wonderful supply and demand economics...10% less supply leads to 100% price increase.

The price of corn and soybeans are at all-time highs. Livestock is being thinned-out due to the price of meal-feed. Start stocking up now. Prices are going to jump.

  • I'd rather eat Beggin' Strips than turkey bacon. They look about the same, and wouldn't be surprised if they tasted the same.

Yup. The time for cheap oil has passed and very soon the era of cheap food will be over.

Put it on the Foreman. When I get home I'll find the brand I get. Really doesn't taste that bad. IDK.

Lloyd, be careful about taking food advice from these taste buds.

I think this is the brand. All I remember is the girl name and it comes in a green package. I just grab it. Tastes not so bad actually. Very salty and maybe that's why it tastes good.

If you want lean bacon, try venison. I'm not a hunter, but when I've had it at friends' houses, it's been pretty tasty. And I'm a pork FREAK!
