Betterman (old school) in Hartford

Ed played "Betterman" at Hartford 08 without the "sausage fest" sing along...

So much better hearing the "old school" version.. like they "stole it back" from the trendy pop fluff version it had become..and brought it back to its rocker status..

Less is more ...

Now if they could bring back "New" Jeremy from the 1995 tour..

but I digress!

    hell.
    they should take it ALL the way back,
    and play the WHOLE thing electric with that bad drum beat, and weird wanna-be-The-Edge guitar tone from the Bad Radio days.

    Either that or just lop off the entire song, and only play the Save It For Later "tag" as a full song.

    we need to print up and pass out signs that say "jeremy (new)" on them for the next tour.
