I bought the blu ray 3 disc deluxe edition last year.
What is the difference with this new release other than the packaging?

    It's half the price of the original and now the original is not worth as much as it used to be.

    I wouldn't say small packaging. It comes in a Pizzoli cover. Like any regular sized DVD casing where the first edition packaging was small as a CD case.

    same thing, only three differences: packaging, the first edition pissed off all of those who didn't get it, the second edition pissed off many of those who paid for it twice as much, word is get the blue ray: better sound and image quality as expected...

    Well I'm hoping it's transferred at the correct quality because my original bluray deluxe box set is totally pixelated. I even bought the standard DVD version just so I could watch it properly.
