i need some references please from ordering tickets to a show via internet. i have no expierence in this. and i have my vienna ticket only in a presence of printout from the home page i ordered it. so when i get there i go and show them that printout and ask them for my ticket? is this like a sure method? and i will get my ticket? nothing fictive in this? because you know holding a piece of paper is not the same as holding the nice and beautiful avocado ticket.

    take a copy of your printout that shows the order details. also take the credit card you used to purchase it and some form of picture ID (drivers license, school ID, work ID etc)

    why not phone the site u bought the ticket off up and check the deatils and what you must do over with them??

    Usually they will post the ticket to you within a few weeks... unless it's a 10C seat of course, then you pick it up on the day.
