    Last night in my drunken state I was poking fun at this guys Neck tattoo that said ' Raptor' . Can't remember what I said to him exactly (my tab today said i drank 14 Cuba libre's :? ) but remember finding it hilarious. I'm alive today so maybe he didn't mind me laughing in his face ... But seriously any sort of neck/face tattoo makes you look like a freaking idiot. :lol::lol::lol::lol:

    I kinda like it. He is highlighting his attributes in a unique way. Its kind of a statement tattoo. ...or maybe I've just worked with prison/jail populations a little long.

    I actually have a lot of friends with face and neck tattoos - those don't bother me. Granted most of them are tattoo artists...but it's the friggen eyeball tattoo that's plain ridiculous! Come on man!

    Yes.

    Only the sclera (or white part) is tattooed. It does not effect vision.

    Corneal tattoos, on other hand, can actually be used to improve vision when certain conditions are present.
