2005 CD Artwork

So, it comes to the time when I have decided to burn all my 2005 boots to CD.. The problem is, that I have lost the CD artwork (I have no idea how) for a few of the boots -

I'm missing the CD artwork for:
2005-09-15 - Montréal
2005-09-20 - Québec City
2005-11-30 - Curitiba
2005-12-04 - Rio de Janeiro
2005-12-10 - Mexico City

I would be most grateful if anyone could help me out here...

    yeah - i couldnt wait for that and went out and bought it last week - it is beezer

    looking forward to the extra live cd from 92 though...
