    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    Daaaaaamn I missed it!!! :lol: My wife said to me yesterday, "is it the Astoria anniversary soon"? I broke out in a cold sweat. Cranking the boot today as a late celebration :)

    In related news, I finally managed to snag an official Astoria 06 gig t-shirt on ebay, having missed out at the gig... they don't come around often. I am a very happy man.

    Wow! this Thread is still going! As the 7th Anniversary of this awesome occasion is nearly upon us, I thought I would raise a relevant question...........

    This was my first Pearl Jam show after years of not being able to afford to travel etc and i was lucky enough to bag some tickets. I would like have a memento to remember it by, as there was no official poster for the Gig I was hoping that some of you would have a photo of the setlist or know where I can find one, so I can make a copy and frame it with my ticket to go up on my wall. I would be eternally grateful if you could help.

    My first ever show!
    The night before tickets went on sale, I stayed up all night chatting to new friends I'd made on here. In the morning, I was refreshing TM and at 08:58 the tickets popped up and I grabbed two. Probably the most excited I'd ever been at that point. I literally ran outside and danced in the rain haha.

    What a show this was. I vividly remember the floor bouncing during Even Flow :)
    And who can forget the Scots flashing Ed haha!

    Had a quick chat and a beer afterwards with Kelly from Stereophonics!

    I'm still sad there isn't more footage or better audio of this show out there. The bootleg is pretty good but I really wish the band would've released it officially. Such a special night!
