Anyone heard of the Georgia Guidestones?

Just curious...Anyone heard of the Georgia Guidestones? Pandora maybe you know/have heard about these? What do you all think?

The Georgia Guidestones is a large granite monument in Elbert County, Georgia, USA. A message clearly conveying a set of ten guidelines is inscribed on the structure in eight modern languages, and a shorter message is inscribed at the top of the structure in four ancient languages' scripts: Babylonian, Classical Greek, Sanskrit, and Egyptian hieroglyphs.
The structure is sometimes referred to as an "American Stonehenge". The monument is 19 feet 3 inches (5.87 m) tall, made from six granite slabs weighing 237,746 pounds (107,840 kg) in all. One slab stands in the center, with four arranged around it. A capstone lies on top of the five slabs, which are astronomically aligned. An additional stone tablet, which is set in the ground a short distance to the west of the structure, provides some notes on the history and purpose of the Guidestones.

Yoko Ono and others have praised the inscribed messages as "a stirring call to rational thinking", while opponents have labeled them as the "Ten Commandments of the Antichrist".
In 2008, the stones were defaced with polyurethane paint and graffiti with slogans such as "Death to the new world order". Wired magazine called the defacement "the first serious act of vandalism in the Guidestones' history"

The Guidestones have become a subject of interest for conspiracy theorists. One of them, an activist named Mark Dice, demanded that the Guidestones "be smashed into a million pieces, and then the rubble used for a construction project", claiming that the Guidestones are of "a deep Satanic origin", and that R. C. Christian, belongs to "a Luciferian secret society" related to the New World Order. At the unveiling of the monument, a local minister proclaimed that he believed the monument was "for sun worshipers, for cult worship and for devil worship".
Radio host and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, in his 2008 documentary Endgame: Elite's Blueprint For Global Enslavement, told the listener that "the message of the mysterious Georgia Guidestones, purportedly built by representatives of a secret society called the Rosicrucian Order or Rosicrucians, which call for a global religion, world courts, and for population levels to be maintained at around 500 million, over a 6.5 billion reduction from current levels. The stones imply that humans are a cancer upon the earth and should be culled in order to maintain balance with nature."
Computer hardware expert Van Smith said the monument's dimensions predicted the height of the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world which opened in Dubai over thirty years after the Georgia Guidestones were designed. Smith said the builders of the Guidestones were likely aware of the Burj Khalifa project which he compared to the biblical Tower of Babel.

1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
2. Guide reproduction wisely — improving fitness and diversity.
3. Unite humanity with a living new language.
4. Rule passion — faith — tradition — and all things with tempered reason.
5.Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
7.Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
8. Balance personal rights with social duties.
9. Prize truth — beauty — love — seeking harmony with the infinite.
10. Be not a cancer on the earth — Leave room for nature — Leave room for nature.
They all sound reasonable enough to me. Personally I'd have created a somewhat different list but I don't see what is so problematic here that would lead people to wanting to bust these up into a million pieces. The only one that might indicate a "new world order" is "living new language" and if they mean literally create one language for the whole world I would agree that that is a bad idea. Maybe it's meant metaphorically. But if it's literal I believe we've lost too many languages and cultures as it is. Otherwise they seem reasonable enough. "Leave room for nature" doesn't work for me either. I would phrase that one in the reverse, somehow acknowledging that nature is superior to us, not the other way around. To me, the statement seems almost arrogantly anthropocentric.
I like this part...

The Georgia Guidestones were built by a Roscricrucian ("R. C. Christian") as a visible reminder to all of the practicioners of White Magic as to what their core responsibilities are to the Planetary Life that sustains us, and to the incarnate souls of the world themselves.
IF you do not place too much perverse emphasis on 1 & 2, there is no problem.
No WHITE magician would EVER kill another incarnate soul for the expedition of The Plan of the Hierarchy. (they would find another way to restore balance)
Only a member of the The Dark Brotherhood or a "Black Magician" Would EVER Do That.
CASE IN POINT, 9/11:
The "A.A", Aleister Crowley's (Black Magic) order,
i am assuming its members are still upper crust elite
:
Flight 11
Line 60 of Crowley's "Book of The Law"
"My number is 11, as all their numbers who are of us."
Flight 77
Flight 93
remember, this is the plane that SHOULD have thrown us in to immediate martial law by hitting the Captiol!

ONLY A DARK BROTHER WOULD MANIPULATE THE LAWS OF FORM
ONLY A DARK BROTHER WOULD KILL!

"Question: What is black magic?"
Answer: Black magic is the perversion or misuse of the occult forces of nature. This misuse may arise either from ignorance or from a premeditated and intentional misapplication of spiritual powers. All universal forces are universal in their purposes. Proficiency in the occult arts brings with it a certain ability to influence and direct the subtle elements of teh universe. The white magician uses his knowledge for the good of all, and the black magician uses his for the benefit of himself, usually at the expense of others.
All black magic has its origin in selfishness or egotism.

According to the old traditions, the perverted priests of Atlantis built temples to the demons and arrayed the forces of darkness against the hierophants of the true religion. From that time to the present day, perverted adepts have founded perverted orders and have preyed like werewolves upon the unwarry. Nearly all the great religions of the world have been attacked by renegade cults that have sprung up in their midst. The path of absolute integrity is a difficult one, and a certain class of society has always been willing, like Faust, to barter the immortal soul in exchange for temporal powers and privileges. Any achievement gained at the expense of others brings with it a proportionately heavy karma. The lot of the tyrant may seem attractive here, but in the larger world, those who live by the sword perish by it also.
If I opened it now would you not understand?
Yeah some amazing stuff Pandora...I'll bet Indian jones would've put some thought into this one. I'd like to see it one day.
And I agree with Brian, Driftin, thanks for the input!
