I was just thinking that if PJ ever decided to revert back to their roots and play club-type venues again, they HAVE to play The Paramount in Huntington, NY. It's a pretty neat venue. 4 Bar areas (2 on the floor, 1 in the sky box and one in the "lobby" (for lack of a better term). The floor is GA and with seats surrounding and overlooking the floor, and the skybox is standing room GA. Two big screens for close up views of the action. It's got a nice Chicago exposed brick type of atmosphere and the sound is pretty good. I've only been there for two shows (once on the floor and one in the skybox) but I really enjoyed my time there. There's plenty of opportunity for Ed to climb around with the overlooking seats creating a perfect balcony for stage diving and crowd surfing (if Ed's up to that)

I know this isn't a serious post, but it just crossed my mind so I figured I'd share it with the rest of you.

Peace and Love,

P.S. here's a link to their site, http://www.paramountny.com/ they get some big name acts in that place (granted personal opinion on how good the acts are may of course vary.)

I love it. Once album sales slip down to 100'000 or so they'll troll the theatre circuit and we'll get some nice intimate shows... ;)

Don't know about the stage diving and crowd surfing though, we're growing old with the band and break more easily now... :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BY THE WAY!!!!!

Maybe us old people just need a little practice to get our blood pumping. Maybe they can do like a 30 and over GA pit, away from all those punk kids with bad attitudes ......Man, I just want to punch them sometimes.... :D

The Paramount is great. I think Ed should've had a stop there on his solo tour. Totally perfect for his performance. He's not coming anywhere near Long Island this time around
