Question about club items.

So, I wanted to first ask here before writing to 10C. Here is my question:

I subsribed to the 10C Analog 09/16/2011, today I received an Email, that soon it will expire and I should renew it, which I will do. But during the whole period I have been in the 10C, I only got the Analog t-shirt when I subscribed. In the Email it said that the following would also come along with the Analog membership:

Deep Magazine PDF
Limited Edition Vinyl 45 Ten Club Single
Limited Edition Hard Copy of Deep Magazine

So, anyone know if, or when the items should be shipped (I'm from Poland)?

    I never received those things either. The club told me they were being printed etc. We just have to be patient. :)

    I'm in the same situation with these items, 10C a few months ago. I'm just being patient at the moment.

    I was wondering about it myself. My membership needs renewal this month and I haven't seen anything either. It's kind of a piss off , charge us more money and still keep us waiting a year.

    You will get your stuff. Even if you renew the membership they'll mail you the 2011 stuff when its ready.

    It is a bid sad. Every year it seems to take longer. I think I got my stuff in October last year. It'll be really sad if they end up lapping themselves. IE if the 2011 stuff didn't come until 2013.

    I love the band but this is an extremley poorly run fan club.
    When my membership expires, I am either going digital or cancelling alltogether.
    Ten Club is notorious for being extremley late with almost everything.

    The Deep mag and Holiday single for 2011 membership haven't been issued yet though they did send us a mp3 of the 2011 single earlier in the year. Check your subscription in 'My Account'. Should be there to download.

    We got the 2010 mag & 45 in October last year!

    My membership will expire in two months. Does anyine know how I do my free download? Is there a code I have to use or something?

    Renewed again in July and got the updated download code for another boot and the digital single but haven't seen anything else.

    Was assuming they send another t shirt for another year but so far didn't get one of those either this year.

    You should receive it within about 30 days or so of renewing for the current year. I'd e-mail 10C if you renewed in July and didn't get it yet.
