  • This will be appealed and then after going up to the Appellate Court will most likely go to the Supreme Court. This is clearly going to lose based on the racial profiling aspect of the law.

I don't see it as racial profiling but I'm sure you're right, I do see it as a smoke screen and one step closer to opening our borders to anybody that wants to take advantage of this country....I'll leave it at that....

LOL, you have enough citizens within the country trying to take advantage of it. It's really not as bad as some people would have you believe.

I always find it funny that a country built on immigration have now decided not to let anyone else join the club.

no sane person is anti immigration...some just want it only done "legally"

me, I think they should just issue temporary work visas to anyone who wants one

I would be surprised if this decision was the end. Asking people to verify where they are from isn't that much of a stretch passed asking for identification which is already something they can do...there is probably a compromise here that can be made...but in this political season I wonder if it will be

Yeah fair point Mike. And I would agree with the work around, would seem like the best of both worlds.

How the heck is that one step closer to opening our boarders? I'm sure you'd be good at pointing out illegals. Why don't you just call it in every time you see an illegal taking advantage of your country.
