Was just measuring my portfolio sleeves while debating the Werchter poster....my files can take 23x33. I thought it was smaller than that, though Manc 2 only just fits in the sleeves for me. I could probably slit a sleeve and Werchter would fit.

But yes 18x24 should be the way :D

They would have to make that a requirement of every artist that works for the band. As much as it would be convenient for framing and storage I dont think I would like all my framed PJ posters the same size and ratio.
  • This part of the dilemma I have at the moment. 6 posters in Tubes and another one on the way so I have been looking to buying a portfolio as framing isn't an option at the moment.

With an A1 portfolio and sleeves I have measured and I don't think I will get Mancs 1 and EV Manchester in there. Mancs 2 should go in. I suppoose it would be better if there were the same size but might take some of the uniqueness out of it. Think I need get saving for frames!

One of you should get into the business of providing 24 x 36 portfolios + sleeves in the UK

    Problem solved!

    Smaller prints? Same sizes?

Man, I want to see a PJ banner size like posters sold @ the shows. We're talking about the big kahunas of prints!!! Something like the Philly '09 banner. So wanted to take that home with me.

    ..

But yeah, if you're buying them to store in art portfolios, flat files, newspaper boxes etc.. anything lower then 24x36 would be great. To limit / regulate the artists to create their masterpiece only @ one size, 18x24, would be wrong.
