only if his bike was plowed over .... but really I think the guy could be looking at assault charges and the other "but" is who would charge him ? with a good lawyer you could say the attacker was just trying to stop the run away dozer driver before he killed someone, and that my friends is the law

I don't know how the law will perceive it. The dozer looked stopped at that point and the guy had no reason too do what he did. But who really knows. These tapes are sometimes edited really good.
