I think they already contacted the winner...

"Potential winners will be notified by phone or e-mail by August 31, 2012"

it says that the winner will be listed on the website, but I got an error message when I went to the link. :(
Maybe they haven't notified anyone yet anyway ... we are talking about a politician here.

I got an envelope in the mail...from Sharla Tester!

She was asking for more donations for Jon's campaign. :|

that's what I thought, then I saw the 'bulk rate' postage stamp and thought "If I really won, it would have come certified mail"

Strange that oy half of the call seems to be there. But what Tony bit you do hear of his reaction makes it sound like he's a big fan; he sounded a bit shaken up right away. well, congrats whoever you are... you now have thousands of people jealous of you. :)

    straight and to the point!
  • He sounded very guarded at the beginning of the phone call -- like "Oh no, the daily emails asking for donations weren't enough -- now they're going to start calling me too!"

I hope the winner is someone who posts on the forum, so we can all congratulate him.
