Is that the guy who was onstage with Santigold earlier in the day :o

I gave him a high five when he walked down the aisle if that's him . He was wearing that shirt and looked like that guy.
I was with him on line all morning.

He got really hurt at the end... he thought Mike was giving him his shirt, he fell over the barricade...

That sucks to hear. Did he have to go out with paramedics? Was he drunk?

  • After the show ended, Mike stayed out and did a shirt trade with someone. Mike took off his shirt, threw it at someone, and they threw their shirt back up to Mike. Mike put it on, it was really cool. But honestly so much stuff was being thrown out to the crowd that I can see how someone would get pushed over the rail. Everytime Mike threw out handfuls of picks into the crowd everyone rushed the front, smooshing everyone else (side note, I'm totally psyched I caught a pick!)... But yeah I doubt the dude was drunk. If you were in the front row you couldn't leave to buy a beer all day, much less to take a piss afterwards.

It seemed like several people were walking out a little injured at the end

I was on the middle aisle rail right at the T (to Stone's side of ed). Got there at 10am, met a bunch of people in line and hung out with them all day in front of the stage, though we did take some merch/bathroom shifts. It started getting a little congested around Run DMC and got pretty tight by us until Drake left. My back is totally messed up from it and not having room to shift feet even, but being right there for the boys was totally worth it.

And just want to reconfirm what we all know - PJ fans are the best. I went to MIA and PJ20 alone and wound up spending all of each with great folks that I still keep in touch with. Love how everyone takes care of each other and comes to share the experience. Can't wait for the next one.

He was a couple people away from me and thought mike was pointing at him for the shirt. Mike did wave him off and pointed to the other guy, but he was already over the railing. I didn't realize he'd fallen as he did walk away. He was there all day and not drinking - only a few people had a beer up there at all and that was early when you could still move about.
