So I am brining pork chops today. Anybody got some tips, suggestions, on how long to brine, seasonings, etc?

Thanks for your help in advance!

Cheers,
Barger

  • DAMN THOSE WERE GOOD! Brined for 7 hours in a solution of salt, brown sugar, fresh ground mixed peppercorns and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Grilled 5 mins each side until temp was 140 then rested for 5 mins. Mashed potatoes and home grown green beans...Super Sunday Dinner!

Thank you Mickeyrat for the link!
