Having problem with Livedownloads.com download manager

I've got the latest Java version 7, using the latest Firefox, running on Windows Vista with over 350 gb of space left. Using the download manager I'm able to get Wash (in ALAC-HD format), the first song from Amsterdam 2, but then all the rest of the songs fail. I've tried this 4 times now with the same result. I've already emailed customer service and waiting a response, just wondered if anyone else had a similar issue and/or a fix. It's a drag doing a manual download for all the songs.

    Haven't had any problems. That's weird you are able to get the first track but the tracks thereafter, they don't download at all.

    Have they contacted you back yet?

    I'm using Java 7 Update 7 on FireFox 15.0.1 via Windows XP.

    Manually? There is a button where you can download all. That's what I do.
