I am such a sucker for this sort of thing - whether person to person, person to animal.

Thank you, sir - definitely a sweet respite.

Ah jeez! (I feel like William H. Macy in Fargo  )

But seriously, this might become my go-to thread -- along with the PJ with Cats one.

(...just found that thread today while poking around...not even halfway through that mother! and I had tears running down my cheeks from laughing at some of them)

Had to be the government doing that. ;)

They are the only one's who can hand stuff out. Right? Anyone? :fp:

I know. I didn't notice the mama was right there at the beginning of the video until the second time I watched it.

Yeah- very brave! I've only been that close to a bear once. I was about 10 years old and was walking along a creek by myself. I look up and a bear was standing right on the other side of the creek looking at me. I ran like hell back to camp. I guess that's the wrong thing to do but I'm here to tell the story so... :D

But this lady obviously recognized the danger and was super careful. A real hero!

Yeah, pretty brave, especially with the momma bear so close. I don't think it would have any problems jumping into the bed of the truck.

    Pretty cool.

(some of my co-workers are actually out hunting bears right now. :( )

Last year they went and didn't see a thing.

But the outfitter promised them another trip for free since no one was able to kill a baited bear. :(

so you’re trying to scare the bear away from the trash…good for you…not sure the ladder is needed :?

wait, you’re just trying to throw away a perfectly good ladder? why not wait for the bear to leave before throwing it away :? :fp:

    HOLY SHIT! MORE BEARS!! :o:o

    8-)

i hope those people retrieved their ladder
